FAQ
Where are your pieces made?
Pieces are designed in Sydney, Australia and manufactured in Bali, Indonesia.
How do I clean my jewellery pieces?
To clean your jewellery, we recommend this simple DIY method:
Line a plastic tub with aluminium foil shiny side up and fill it with warm water. Add two tablespoons of bicarb soda and a pinch of salt. Gently place your pieces in the tray and let them soak for a few minutes. Then, lightly scrub with a soft toothbrush. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Please note: It’s completely normal for 925 sterling silver to darken over time and develop small scratches with wear. This darkening is caused by a natural chemical reaction between the silver and sulfur-containing compounds in the air. It doesn’t mean your piece is damaged, just in need of a little refresh!
How do I clean and look after my lambskin suede bag?
Lambskin suede is a delicate material and should be handled with extra care. To keep your bag looking its best, gently brush the surface with a soft suede brush to remove dust. For small marks, use a clean suede eraser or a dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid water and liquid cleaners, as they can stain or damage the leather. Always keep your bag away from rain, oils, cosmetics, and prolonged sunlight.
When not in use, store your bag in a breathable dust bag, lightly stuffed with tissue to help maintain its shape. If your bag becomes heavily soiled or stained, we recommend taking it to a professional leather or suede specialist for cleaning rather than attempting to treat it at home.
